This program is intentionally kept small and selective. Each cohort is limited to 12 participants to ensure high-quality interaction, personalized coaching, and meaningful peer support.

Admission is based on application review. We look for professionals who are:

  • Experienced at mid to senior level

  • Ready to take action, not just explore options

  • Committed to engaging fully with the program and their peers

  • Holders of valid swiss work permits or EU passport holders (in line with Swiss employment regulations)

Not every application is accepted. This is to protect the quality of the group and make sure each participant benefits from a space of focus, trust, and accountability.

If your application is successful, you’ll be invited to a one-on-one conversation with Joanne Venouil, the coach and program founder. During this exchange, you’ll receive full access to the detailed curriculum, session calendar, participant expectations, and support structure, so you can make an informed and confident decision.

Joanne Venouil is a certified executive coach and career strategist with a background in international corporate environments and over 15 years of experience navigating complex, multicultural organizations.

Now based in Switzerland, she deeply understands what it means to be an expat in a new market, trying to maintain seniority, credibility, and clarity in the face of a shrinking job pool and rising competition.

Joanne has supported close to 100 clients globally, including CEOs, global heads, lawyers, directors in international organizations, heads of engineering, and IT team leaders. Her clients value her sharp strategic thinking, structured methods, and ability to challenge with empathy.
